Our popular 9 holes at 9 O’clock kicked off on the 3rd of November and this brought the numbers out with 16 players on the day. Great to see Jeff Blackburn, Bubby, Trevor & Annie Johnson, Ryan Toholka, Brian Lacey & Jack McLeod join us for the day. Most scores were very average but the standout winner was Paul Jeffries with a terrific 23 points with runner up Phil Gadd on 20 points.

On the 10th November we had our annual trip away, one Clinton Young would rather forget as he went home dosed up on Panadeine Forte having got an infected sinus.

On the 17th we commenced our chase for the pig (or at least a good lump of Aussie Ham on the bone). Phil Gadd won the prize although not much ham made it home as the 11 of us set about devouring it before he left. Phil had 22 points, closely followed by Dave Lacey (fresh from his hole in one at Wodonga) on 20 and Neva also on 20.

On the 24th Harold finally hit his straps with 23 points after a disgusting 11 points the week prior. Neva was runner up again on 19, Johnny got a nearest the pin on the 3rd and Bags was in his familiar NAGA position.

The 1st of December saw reduced numbers as a few of us decided we may be better cod fishermen than golfers (may be debatable) & Dennis continued his counselling sessions. The winner on the day continuing with his recent good form was Paul with Neva once again the bridesmaid.

On the 8th, Hair not having had a feed for a while shot out of the blocks and scored the impressive ham with a very impressive 23 points to ruin the hopes of Johnny on 21 and Paul on 20.

The ham runs will continue each Sunday until Christmas. Would love to see a few others come and try our beautifully maintained little course and enjoy the great hospitality. In the new year the local Pennant will commence.
